A fourth-generation cowboy story, made end to end with generative tools by a crew of one — written, directed, and finished in-house.

The same character, the same face, the same hat, shot to shot. Deliberate coverage instead of happy accidents. A look developed once and enforced everywhere.

That's the whole difference between a demo and a delivery.

Capabilities

Where these projects break

The hard parts

Continuity

Characters that stay themselves

Custom-trained likenesses that survive a costume change, a new location, and four hundred shots — instead of drifting a little further from the reference with every generation.

Control

Cameras you can direct

Blocking, lens choice, and camera movement driven by structural conditioning, so a note like "push in slower and give me his left side" is a change you make, not a re-roll you hope for.

Scale

A pipeline, not a prompt

Look development locked once and applied across the whole show, with versioned assets and repeatable passes. Built the way a shot pipeline is built, because that's my day job too.

Delivery

Finished to your spec

Mastered for the screen it actually plays on — LED wall, projection, dome, or ultrawide — at the resolution, aspect ratio, frame rate, and color space the venue requires. Not a 16:9 file and good luck.

Under the hood

Creative pipelines in ComfyUI

A walkthrough of an actual production graph — character masking, pose conditioning, upscaling, and video sampling wired together as a repeatable system.

Worth two minutes if you want to know whether the person you're hiring is building something or rolling dice.
